Section A: ConnectWise Access.
Why the access is needed: In your ConnectWise there are several updates made. These updates are documented in What is setup in ConnectWise with JoomConnect guide. We also need it for testing.
For the login you provide, please be sure it has permission to access to the Setup Tables and to the Marketing Campaign module. We only need this login during the setup and testing phase of the project.
Section B: API Keys
The JoomConnect integration to ConnectWise requires the setup of API Keys. This is available for ConnectWise 2016.6 and higher. If you are on an older version, please consider upgrading.

Section C: Integrator Login
The JoomConnect integration to make call backs to your ConnectWise from your website does require one Integrator Login

Section D: Service Boards.
Would you like your forms to be able to make tickets on a service board? Simply let us know which boards.

Want a board added to your ConnectWise? Just let us know and we'll configure it for you.

Consider these boards for use with JoomConnect: Sales, Service, Accounting

Section E: Quick Campaign Pro - MailChimp or Constant Contact Integration.
If you have signed up for Quick Campaign Pro or the Newsletter service you will need to complete the section.

If you have a MailChimp account please add to your Account Users as an admin. If you prefer you can also provide us with the login details below.

If you'd like a My Payment portal option added please provide your ConnectBooster URL

Section G: DeskDirector Integration.
If you'd like the My Support option to go to DeskDirector versus the ConnectWise Support Portal, please provide your DeskDirector URL.

Section H: Joomla Admin Account - Your Own Joomla Site.
This section needs to be completed only if you have your own Joomla website we are adding JoomConnect to.
